Hello everyone! I just finished all my midterms Monday and Tuesday so this may be short but I will continue working on this today!
Thanks to Gene who helped getting me into contact with Steve Haddock, Mike McCann and Luke Coletti from MBARI on help with the data! Luke helped fixed the pH problem I had last week so now we will have current up to date readings and Mike had suggested MatLab or Python to access the the OPeNDAP data. I also included temperature(Celsius) to the script and have the PHP script up and running on the server!
I am looking into USGS to query their data and working on Tyler’s Processing lights to get new patterns going on that would be interesting.
